Katie has had this dream of creating a yoga retreat for over 10 years now. She knew that after she moved back from Italy in 2013, she wanted to keep Italy in her life some way even if she married a full-blooded Florentine. Knowing that getting her yoga certification was the first step she enrolled as soon as she could. Continuing her love of Les Mills BODYFLOW and adding a NASM CPT and her love of yoga, she knew had a strong base to continue her passion for fitness, wellness, and self-care.

Katie has been teaching group fitness for over 10 years. She believes in making people feel good. The idea of yoga is being mindful in each pose. Understand that your body is always changing, learn to be kind to yourself and you will feel the benefits of yoga. Learn to live in the present moment because that’s where life exists.
